A seated marble figurine raises a glass to make a toast. The glass is imprinted with a vine leaf on the base. The production of wine in the Aegean goes back at least to the time of "the cup-bearer, " which has been dated to the early cycladic II period (2800-2300 BC.)
Four and a half thousand years later...cheers to you, my fine friend!
