Minoan Barbeque

In Chapter 8 of Cataclysm in Blue Water, Kepkles wanders the streets of Aglaperios (the ancient Minoan village in Santorini known today as Akrotiri) happily announcing the birth of his son, Alexion, to everyone he encounters. One woman looks up from her clay barbeque (pictured below.) "Kepkles inhaled the enticing aroma, savoring the mixture of smoke and pork in his notrils."
